I did not know if ATT has a cover map that is within a GPS App? That way, if you driving somewhere, where you can see if you are going to be out of coverage and loose a signal or not.

I have seen that on ATT's website. Shouldnt be too hard to find there. Edge areas are shaky. 3G areas give better results.

I wouldn't put too much faith in those maps, AT&T overestimates their coverage. I have  traveled all over the country this summer and checked the maps on the website and found them to be very inaccurate.
