No way possible. The only way they would exchange is if you had the same defect on 3 different eternities which falls under the lemon law. Other than the brighter lcd, keyboard and being able to use the gps with yellow pages you are not really gaining anything. Sell your eternity third party and buy an impression off of ebay or craigslist.

Anything is possible but its not probable. The only reason I say possible is because just last month I bought my girlfriend a used LG Dare. After she had it activated with Verizon no matter what we tried we couldnt get her mobile email working. She called Verizon and must have talked to the right person because they sent her a brandnew (not a refurbished) LG Dare at no cost. So anything is possible.

What and tell them you want to trade someone elses junk for a new one? If you want a new phone then buy one.

I'm not going to tell them that i got the phone from someone else. I'm going to say that it has some defects and maybe they will give a me a refurbished or a new one. i have no money. all i have is an eternity.

Umm...yeah i don't think they will let you trade for a new phone if you didn't but it from AT&T directly. I took my impression back in cause it had a glitch defect...and they asked me for the number i bought the phone with and checked the S/N on it to be sure its the one in their system.

Do you actually know someone on craigslist with a defective phone that is only 2 months old? If its defective they should be able to exchange it.

he said theres nothing wrong with it but i dont trust people over Craigslist. so i dont want to risk it if he wont even do a small favor for me as of doing an exchange if there is something defective on it.
