Does anyone know how to increase the volume for the IM alert sounds.. It will let you set vibrate and sound but not the volume or the song..  It's way to low..

The sound alert and vibration can be set in the IM's setting menu.

Have you tried turning the main volume up on the phone? Maybe in the sound profile settings for the phone,if you turn the volume up for phone if that would help. The only other way would be editing the volumes in your service menu.

The main volumes make no difference to the IM sound. You can only really turn it on or off. Sounds and / or vibrate... This sucks. You can't even assign a sound to it.

I figured it would have to modified in the programming. I just don't have that experience.
