It will let you set vibrate and sound but not the volume or the song..  It's way to low.. Have you tried turning the main volume up on the phone? Maybe in the sound profile settings for the phone,if you turn the volume up for phone if that would help. The only other way would be editing the volumes in your service menu. You can only really turn it on or off. Sounds and / or vibrate... This sucks. You can't even assign a sound to it.
