So it is not wise if you do not have a data plan to Upload and download files Via TK?

Ravenvault i am not sure you understand what you are saying. TKFE is a file explorer to connect to your phone. It has nothing to do with a dataplan. It is used to install games when you dont have a data plan and used to mod apps when you do have a data plan.

Using TKFE with a usb cable is only using the terms uploading and downloading as from your phone to your computer. It has nothing to do with the internet.

I do understand that. The Data Plan Makes So Much sense. However, I can upload and download games which do or do not use the data plan.

If you are saying can you use TKFE to install games since you dont have a data plan? The answer is yes. Follow this link and be careful and do it correctly.

Yes, you can upload ANY game/app wether they use the data plan or not, but it you install and game/app that does use the data plan, and you do not have the data plan then you will be charge.
