ONce again another problem....darn, but anyway. Now my phone is saying theres is 0 internal memory that can be used, and i think because of that, my phone runs very slowly, and wont open certain applications like my memo and sstuff. I also cant open text messages when i recieve them. There also arent any apps that show up on my phone that i can see that take up all the space. I do see them on TKfileexplorer though. Any answers?

Sounds like u have put too many apps installed on ur phone which i really dont think is possible, or u may just have an app that is constantly eating memory...i really dont know what to say, but u can fully reset ur phone and start fresh...or u can find that faulty app...otherwise u may have to do a warranty exchange.

Do you have a memory card. Try taking it out if you do. I believe you just did a master reset, didnt you?

You didnt answer if you had a memory card? What else have you done since the reset? Right after the reset was it slow? I have one more idea. I'll wait for your answer first.

IT WORKS!. i took out my memory card, then i went to tkfile exloporer and deleted most of the locked apps and did the database update and all that. And know its not slow and my messages are showing up. WOOOHOOO. But some of the apps still wont open and i cant view my contacts from my sim

Your phone has about 200mb of internal memory. I have seen before where the memory card caused the memory to say 0. Memory card may be bad or try formatting it in your computer.

As far as some apps not working I would need more info. What doesnt work?

Did you copy contacts from sim to the phone and then set phone to view contacts from phone?

Instead of a reset there is a preconfig reset. You wont lose any apps. If you punch in the admin code *#6984125*# and then select pre-configuration and then enter the operator code *#73561*# that might fix your issue also.

yea, its like all the internal memory disappeared. At one pint i got like 8 mb back and some apps began to work. But then my phoen restarted and then went down to 3. Yea i did the contact thing. Im pretty sure all the problems come from not having the internal memory thats supposed to be there. Ill try the preconfig thanks

Don't give up hope. Maybe 1 day soon our firmware will surface and you can reflash it and see what that does.
