well..i had my conversation with att. i told them if they couldnt send me a phone that worked they need to send a different kind. they balked at that so i went through 3 levels of supervisors only to get th e same answer. i was pissed and they knew it but in no way was i rude.
the tech i talked to knocked off 35 dollars off my bill for a new sim card sonce we dont have an att outlet here in my town...he told me also if i wanted to check if sim worked to swap out in a different phone....sim is good. customer care also knocked off 80.00 off my bill for being without service for a week.
heres the kicker......all of a sudden today my phone rings!!!! then i tried calling the wife and low and behold, my phone dials out. whats up with this?

anyhow, ill send this one back and tomorrow ill be on my 3rd impression since june. i just hope this one works as i love the phone when working as it should.
