It seems that Samsung may be on the ball soon after all.  Whether it will include apps for the Impression...we'll have to wait and see.

I heard they are working on getting development for all phones with Touchwiz.

I personally believe they might release stuff for all TouchWiz devices, because they mentioned that before the Impression came out...actually that is a reason why i targeted the Impression, i figured this meant the Impression would not become useless technology after its release like so many other Samsung devices in the past...unfortunately i dont believe this anymore, their app site may include some universal apps for all Touchwiz devices, but i believe that site will mostly target FUTURE Touchwiz devices, like the Rogue or any other devices running on 2.0.  At best we would have to be the ones to make our device compatible with the the apps that will be coming in the future.
