when i first got my phone:
the slider screen was alittle loose.. is that okay?
the camera button was out a bit more than i expected... Phone default or problem?

Is there a problem when opening the "Menu" because when i open it up, sometimes it freezes for a few seconds and then it works...
Not sure what you mean by a little loose. If holding the phone upright and closed, I get a fraction of a millimeter of movement North/South, no movement East, and it slides open to the West.
If you're not talking about the screen assembly but the actual glass in the assemble, then yes I'd say that is a defect and I'd try to get it replaced if you can as it can't be a good indicator of things to come.
About the menu pause, sometimes the phone will bog down and need a few seconds to catch up. Don't know if there is anything that can be done, but all of us here are hoping for an update to fix bug or two.
Concerning the camera button, it sticks out 1-1.5mm. This is intended in the design as best I can tell.
