You have to have a device internet and bluetooth already on it close by so there's really no point.

it can be done but you have to be right next to a computer with internet so there is ablsolutly no point in doin it. to answer you question yes it is possible but we are not telling people how to because there is no point

Wouldn't it be helpful for those that don't have a data plan and want stuff like the PostIt widget? IDK, we could start making widgets for non-data users.

It wouldn't be helpful because if they already have a device with internet, why do they need another right next to it?

I tried a project called HIISI. But was unsuccessful in getting it to work. The phone is uncapable of internet through bluetooth.

Ok, because Punisher keeps saying it is possible but won't tell us how to do it, I thought it was actually possible.

Thanks for the clarification Goat.

Nobody's found a way to do it yet. If it was possible, you probably wouldn't be able to use MediaNet (or any browser like Opera) because the app would have to be a browser and the bluetooth client (if that's the correct term). This was discussed not too long ago on the Eternity forums.

I had a few on the eternity forum that said they got it to work. But complained that it was still adding up on ATT data.

Yeah I got it to work too. But it was a real pain in the jerk to keep switching back and fourth and useless for downloading.
