When I try to view videos on some sites I receive this error regarding Unsupported resolution..what gives?

Prbably because they are flash videos and java phones do not have flash browsers

Since the phone has the "stretch" option for video, the highest supported resolution for the samsung impression would be 320X240.

Video for this phone, optimally, is MP4 (at 320x240.   I would keep things at 320 no matter what and then alter the height depending on the aspect ratio (e.g. 4:3 is 320x240, 16:9 would be 320x180, ). 
For the audio stream I've tried Apple Lossless @ 64kbit and it works, though its not well synched (even on my computer) when rew/ff'ing.  I'm going to try using MP3 instead (which is acceptable in the MP4 spec)
