I got the samsung impression a little while ago, and at the time I had originally planned on getting the xenon, but decided to get the impression because it had a sleeker more "professional" look.  How ever now I'm starting to have doubts on if this was really the right phone for me.

I really do like the pull out keyboard and every thing, but it's missing the whole phone aspect I was hoping to have with it.  Every one that has an Iphone goes on for days about all the cool applications that are out for it, and every time I read about them I keep thinking "I should have gotten an Iphone instead"

Are there are any plans on improving the impression and adding more fun features to it, or am I just not the right person for this phone?

You did say phone? Did you want a phone or something to play games on? This phone has lots of cool apps. Not near as many as the iphone but then again the iphone has been out for sometime now. And I personally have over 500 games and if I even looked could be close to 100 apps.

And dont forget the difference in data plans? Customization you will not get with the Impression. Other than accelerometer games what else do you want to see for this phone?

If you hadn't noticed, this is the samsung impression forum. NOT the "give me advice for another phone cause i wanna pay out the a** for somethin tv tells me i need" forum. So you could show us and the phone this website is dedicated to a little respect by not bashing our phone.

I have said this before and i'll say it again...I DONT WORK FOR NEITHER ATT OR SAMSUNG SO ITS NOT MY JOB TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT....i like the phone, a lot of ppl like the phone, apperantly u dont and thats fine...go find something u like, i really dont care if u dont like it or ur reasons why...if u need other ppl to confirm ur thoughts on the phone, that tells me ur not really into it...then go find something u like, u mentioned the Iphone, then go with the Iphone.

If you want an iPhone, buy an iPhone and enjoy the 2K you spend over the next 2 years.

My Impression does a great job as a media player and phone. I use it when as an mp3 player when I'm in my truck, jogging, walking around, or chilling between classes.

Decide what you really plan on using your phone for, then do the research. Coming to a fan forum and asking the same question that's been asked since the iPhone first came out, will only get you hostile answers because everyone assumes you're a troll.
