Which services/applications are data sensitive verse having a monthly fee?

I have the unlimited data plan but I want to make sure I don't start using anything on the phone that will sign me up for a monthly service charge.

I'm assuming these carry a monthly service charge.

Make UR Tones
AT&T Navigator
Where
MobiTV
MobiVJ

I was told by AT&T that the Yellow Pages, JuiceCaster and Weather Channel apps carry a monthly charge, is that true? The rep I spoke with took forever to find out information and didn't seem to be the most in the know, if you know what I mean.

Or is it just a website that's data sensitive?

Thanks for the help!  I have the unlimited data plan but I don't want to unknowingly subscribe to something with a monthly charge. 

From what I've seen of JuiceCaster it's a monthly subscription. 

On my phone under AT&T Music I have "Music Videos" as an option.  I just clicked on it and it's basically MobiVJ and mentions a data plan and a subscription so I exited that one.
