When I use Tk FE I can find the pre set pics (flower, bridge) but It will not let me delete them. my question is,

one-How do I delete them!
two- can I replace them with my own and what do I need to do after if any thing..

If this post is not where is should be sorry, BUt Would love some help!!

This has been discussed at least 100 times. You cannot delete those pics. And even if you were able they are not the same as those for the locked screen. There is another hidden copy elsewhere.

If you delete it, your phone will brick (become as useful as a brick).  Agoattamer found the pics, but nobody has any software to read resourced bitmap files.  Unless you know how to edit resourced bitmap files, you cannot edit them.  They might not even be the right files.  They could just be the UI elements for the lockscreen, and not the actual pictures, for all we know.  The lockscreen.rbm file is only visible in QPST and not TKFE.

i'm gona try it one of these days. i got a really nice pic that i will try replacing the yellow flower with. i'm not afraid of a picture bricking my phone (but i will def. warn you if it happens!) so far with tkfe i have mainly just unlocked and deleted those stupid apps that i would use but require the internet, and put some games in their folder so they are locked and stay when you master reset the phone. i think i did that with my ringtone & im ringtone too because they are always there. idk tho i havent used tkfe in months. i will get it, try it, take the risk for you. I must admit I like this phone more and more each, day but these lame pictures in the lock screen just really piss me off.

I find it fascinating that with all the things we are able to do with this phone; all the mods, apps, hacks, and tricks- that people still get stuck on one of the few things that they cannot control!   Roll Eyes

bluecham-I agree. I mean, I'd like to change it, too, but I've accepted the fact that it won't happen for a while, if at all. :\ sorry, guys

I'm headed to Hong Kong next month...they have a lot of cell phone shops with those cool, new-fangled "boxes" which can decrypt files...Samsung is really popular there...getting my drift???
