Now that the master key has been found those without internet can hopefully install games and apps safely.

You will need:
  TKFileExplorer
Jar and Jad for games and apps installing
Jadgen.exe if you dont have a jad

Hints for using and connecting with TKFE can be found here

Jar files for games can be found everywhere. But you also need the jad. Download the jadgen.exe file from below. Unzip it somewhere like on your desktop. Then drag the jar file into it. It will create a jad file for you inside the same folder as the jar file.

Connect your phone to your pc using TKFE

On your phone navigate to the exe/java/games folder

Now that you are in games, create a new folder. Name it after what you are going to install.

Now you will need to place the .jar & .jad files of the program you will be installing in that folder. On the top half of TKFileExplorer, browse  to where you saved the jar and jad files and download them to the folder you created.

Install as many games and apps you want.

Each jar and jad combination needs its own folder. EX: Tetris.jad and Tetris.jar go in Tetris folder

When all jars and jads are in the folders then disconnect from TKFE

Open up your dial pad and enter the following, *#6984125*#.

Choose INTERNALS and enter the following, *#3818790*#.

Now scroll down and choose Storage Settings. Then update Java DB, followed by update apps database.

Now you are finished.

Go to Menu>Applications/Apps & Games. Your newly installed app should be visible!!!

I doubt the themes. Not sure on the accelerator games. I just figured out the code this morning and my PM's are going crazy. There were new threads to write and I havent settled down yet to start experimenting.

I tried updating the java with the jad and jar on a memory card and it didn't work.  I even copy it to the phone others file and had them in their own files and didn't work either.  Just thought I let everyone know cause I was hoping to do it that way.  I'm sure if there a way goat will find it.

You should try the Qualcomm hack to avoid this problem. I switched the USB mode to Qualcomm and still use it with TKFE. Its the only way it worked for me on Windows 7, but it may help solve your problems too.
