I downloaded Mobile Email 3.0 on my Impression when I realized it's a per month app.. and I'm not about to do that. I didn't back up the default mobile email. didn't know it was possible to get into the phone. I saw how to have it removed only thing is when I did that "Mobile Email" wasn't were the games were it was in the locked folder.  I just deleted it without backing up anything.. crazy me and now idk how to get back the default mobile email.. HELP.. am I out of luck and totally removed mobile email for good or is there still a chance to get it back? I still get my message that I got an email though just unable to open it back up

If it is a locked app then uninstall it with TKFE. Then install 2.0 back with TKFE into the locked games folder.

You need to use TKFE to uninstall the mobile email 3.0 because it is probably locked. Then use TKFE to install the mobile email 2.0 jad and jar in the locked folder. There is no other way except using TKFE.

You use TKFE to make the folder and place the jar and jad in it. Then update the database.
