I was thinking about your statement that they are arranged by date and if there was a way to change the date the app was installed. I tried to upload an app folder in TKFE and then download it again. That did change the date of the folder and all sub files in TKFE but the properties of the app on the phone did not change. There must be a file on the phone that keeps track of this information. Maybe if that could be found the date could be changed and the apps would rearrange?

I guess another option would be to every so often you could upload all your apps, then upload all the jars to rumkin, install them in reverse order, and then download all the app folders. Goatbreaking and all settings should still be there then too.

They go by date of the install. The phones database is where they are arranged.

So we would have to mess with the evil master database, which could cause a case of massive bricking?

Yes or delete everything and reinstall in a specific order.

Yes or delete everything and reinstall in a specific order.
Which would get annoying if you constantly install new apps.
