I ordered the 3.5 mm headset adapter for AT&T Samson impression. I plugged everything in place. And even the music plays but no music comes out of the actual headphones. And I tried this with several headphones. Only way to fix that would be to order a new one. When I bought mine I got it from some random ebay person that shipped out of Hong Kong.
