Samsung Impression - Car Adapter

So I was wondering about getting one of those car adapters for USB charging which would work for my phone and zune. Anyway, is there anything to look for or would any work? Like is 500mA going to be fine?

I was looking at

Also, will any adapter I find on ebay with 3.5mm and pass through for usb charging work? Or are there brands to avoid?
I could only find this so far, and I don't want to dig around for a mini-usb when I have the included samsung usb already

i find usb chargers to be a little touchy for me they seem like they would work great be able to charge all of your different devices and only need the usb cord but sometimes (or at least the one i bought) it doesnt want to charge my phone or ipod and i have to unplug it and replug it and fiddle with it till it says charging
