Anyone use a car mount with their Impression?  If so what are you using and what do you think of it?

I use a car mount I purchased off of ebay. Its solid, holds the phone in place. Works well when Im using my gps or going handsfree with bluetooth.  Its been on my windshield for almost 6 months now and hasnt moved.

Here is a link to ebay of the one I got. Not sure if it is from the same dealer but it is the same mount.

Does the arms open wide enough so you can place it sideways?

Actually yes it does. When I first got it i mounted it on my glass coffee table and was using it as a mini laptop.  The arms move apart and stretch up and down. It will accomodate your phone no matter how you put it in.

Thanks for the recommendation.  I saw a similar one when looking but was concerned how it would perform in the real world.  Sounds like it does a good job.

It is totally adjustable and should hold anything in place. I can get pics and measurements if anyone really needs to know.

I bought one and really like it.  I use it for my hands free and of course the GPS.

Looks the same as mine except you have the flexible attachment and mine was solid that swivels. They have those on ebay also. I was worried about the arm being too flexible.
