I find that in the right light the camera on the Impression does a pretty good job.  Would I stop taking my regular camera?  No, but it's a good backup.  I think there's something wrong with my digital camera.  On Sunday it ate batteries like crazy and I was at my nephew's fourth birthday party.  I caught some great shots on my Impression that came out clear but I feel need to do a little editing in PhotoShop to add some color.  We were under a Pavilion and it wasn't sunny out so I had to up the one control so the pictures wouldn't come out dark.

There are many different lighting and color settings that work pretty well for almost every circumstance...i agree i wouldnt leave my digital camera at home (which i do all the time, just not a camera guy) but if u are in a rush and forget to bring it with u, u are really not going to miss out capturing great moments.

p.s. Thats number 100 every1 =)
