First time doing this so bear with please. Had my Impression for a yr. When viewing photos they roll and can't stop them. Obviously can't view them and it's gotten worse. Guy at store told me it's a flaw in this phone and can't be fixed. True? I understand this phone is no longer produced. Also have occasional problems with keys sticking but can live with that. Otherwise love this phone.

Let me guess, this happens when your looking at the pictures in landscape mode (phone is horizontal) and they just keep rolling by?  Have you tried viewing them with the phone laying flat on a table?  Does it continue to roll through them when you do so?  If they do, it probably means there is something wrong with your accelerometer (and what the phone perceives as level is actually not correct).  If that's the case then you are probably up the proverbial creek as far as I know, sorry.

If they do not roll through when the phone is laying on the table it could mean that you are not holding the phone level when looking at pictures and the phone thinks you want to scroll through the pictures...fix there is to hold the phone more level, or figure out where "level" is for the phone!

Also, if you slide out the keyboard, they should stop rolling.  It is very sensitive if not perfectly level.

I found that its easier to view pictures by starting the camera and hitting the play button on the bottom right- that doesnt use the accelerameter, just touch OR the arrow keys (if i remember correctly)
