You install blueFTP just like any other game or app using tkfe. Once installed you then can put the jar and jad files of any  other games or apps you want to install onto your sd card by connecting your phone to your pc as a mass storage device menu>settings>connectivity>Select USB mode>mass storage

Then refer back to this

Now start up BlueFTP. Scroll to 'Mmc' and hit 'OK'. Navigate to the game or application folder that you want to install and select 'menu'. Scroll to 'Copy items' and hit 'OK'.  Hit the 'back' button till you get back to the main filesystem. Scroll to the 'MyPrivateM PhotoMy Video....' folder and hit 'OK'.  Should say filesystem and it will be empty at least for the first time. Select 'menu' and scroll to 'Paste items' and hit OK.  Every game/app you install will have its folder now in the filesystem folder.

Now repeat this with any other games/apps you plan on installing. When done exit out of BlueFTP.

Open up your dial pad and enter the following, *#6984125*#

Choose INTERNALS and enter the following, *#3818790*#

Now scroll down and choose Storage Settings. Then update Java DB (evidently we don't need to update the app database to install)

Lol, this is ironic.

I believe Mass Storage Game/App downloading was perhaps the first question I PM'd you last year! Grin

Thanks! I'll let you know how it goes.

It's going pretty well, I like FTP! Thanks a million, moderators!

but I get error messages every once in a while about certain files. while copying in FTP from "Mmc" to "Myprivate...etc..." folder.

"IO Exception
Can't paste (app name) item to local filesystem.

Reason:
cannot write file"

That's the message, the only variable, is, of course, the title of the game.

Few work, most don't...  Undecided
Help, please!!!!! Smiley

Ideas?

Quite possibly it could be linked to the same error for TKFE when it disconnects on you.  I really don't know.  Any time I used BlueFTP it worked correctly for me.
