just recently i turned on my phone and instead of going to the normal greeting screen i get a message that  says "DEMSBL BOOT Loader for MSM6290 Uploader Ver 5.50" and it wont go past that. if anyone can help please do.   THX!

What you are seeing is the bootloader screen used to flash your phone. It is achieved by holding the volume key down when rebooting the phone.

Make sure your volume keys arent sticking and pull the battery and try to start the phone again. If it wont get past this then there is nothing we can do. You will need to contact ATT for warranty issues.

Well I already answered this but here goes...

This can happen if you hold the volume down button while powering on.  It is for flashing the phone with the firmware (which we don't have) is something were to go wrong.  But if you just reboot your phone you should be ok.  If it won't restart just remove the battery, let is sit for a couple minutes, and then try again and you should be good.
