Errow when turning on (DEMSBL BOOT Loader)

Hi I know you said you pulled the bat. try and pull bat. sim and sd card let it set for about an hour and ponder its unacceptable behavior. Then put the bat. back only and try to turn it on. If this does not work then phone will most likely need to flashed. See the sticky in how to section. Curious though were messing around with anything prior like in the internals because this usually just doesn't happen accidentally?

That makes more sense, it maybe still wet inside pull bat. sim sd and put phone in zip lock bag with white rice and seal let it set a day then try bat. only and turn on if you still get the boot screen you will need to try and flash the phone. It may be permanently bricked. But take these steps and see how it goes.
