mine 2....i mean all ive done so far is gt the phone, install tht tkfe thing and plug my phone in...but when i plug my phjone in it asks me how i wanna connect....i choose the middle one...with the PC. and nothing happens....and it wont show up in tkfe either

Try reading the tutorials in the forum. Phone must be on "Samsung PC Studio" mode and you need to install pc studio to get the drivers.

go to settings then connectivity then select usb mode and press samsung pc studio
that shuld solve ur problem

make sure to download new pc studio

cant use new pc studio... im running vista 64 bit sp2, cant find pc studio that works on it trying pc studio for solstice like agoat told me to try so lets see...
if anyone knows if there is a pc studio that works for vista please reply with a link or site or something... PLEASE. Been trying for weeks to get apps and such.

You use the version for the solstice. But you have to install it with vista sp1 compatibility mode. Then you run it in the same mode. There is no supported version for 64bit operating systems. Try searching the forum for "64 bit" and you will have all your answers.

make surr to close pc studiio when ur doing tkfe
close it in the taskbar too
and then connect ur phone u may have to restart ur phone once or twice

The first thing you will do is set your com port. Then you will have to select connect. If it doesnt error then your phones file system will be listed in the bottom right of TKFE. It will be more than just a Phone folder. If it errors then it didnt work. Try rebooting phone  while still connected with cable.

im not going to bother making another TKFE don't work thread... I'll just add to this..  The studio 3 Connects to my phone..

TKFE shows the COM PORT... Ive tried each on on my computer.. And then loaded pc studio 3 on my Netbook and downloaded TKFE on it to, also got the connection error...

Arggghhh... I wish i had a data plan lol

wait pc studio 3 doesnt work with our phones
u can download the new pc studio
make surr u close pc studio esp in the taskbar
also connect ur phone
go to tkfe and then to settings and then select the com port
after u selected the com port connect
u may have to restart it a couple of times
