Try pulling it out slower.  Really hard to determine whats wrong if you dont explain.

Probably isnt much you can do to fix this? Did you mess with any settings in the internals or the service menu?

If you havent then the best bet is to call ATT. They will have you do a master reset. You will need to back up your contacts to your sim or pc. And back up anything else stored on the phones memory as this reset will erase them. Pics, ringtones and such.  This will take software back to factory condition.  This will not fix anything  you used TKFE to delete or changed in the internals.  If it doesnt help then its a hardware issue and you need to check with ATT about getting a replacement.

best bet is to call ATT.

Yeah definitely try that first. We don't want it to get any worse.

I havent but thanks for the update, we now know that it can be fixed by ATT.
did ATT tell you they were gonna charge you?

ya but they said if its not under warrenty call samsung and they will replace hard ware problems

Your phone is under the one year warranty. If purchased through ATT, ATT should handle the warranty for you.
