I assume the file is too large, But I do not even get that message. Any tricks to fix this. Thank you very much. It is an ATT limit which is much higher than verizon. If attachment is too large then you will not get ringtone. Also if ringtone is that large it probably won't work with the phone anyways. There is a 300K limit for ringtones.
