How to change Internet Settings?

I just signed up for Petro-Canada Mobility and I'm not sure where I go to change the settings in my phone to allow internet access.

I think their settings are:

Apn: goam.com
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
Proxy IP: 10.128.1.69
Port: 80

Where do I enter these figures?

Sorry I finally figured it out on my own. I did set it up right, but the settings wouldnt stick because I wasnt enabling it in the right spot. Had to go to application settings, and browser.


EDIT 2:

Grrr, I guess I didn't get it completely. The browser named 'Media Net' works, but now how to I make the apps use the new network connection that I just made?

Even when I go to games and apps > MORE > CONNECTIONS
when I select Petro-Canada it still doesnt work. Opera Mini, gmail app, google maps... none of them. They either say loading and nothing loads or they say installing but nothing happens.

I was worried my provider was blocking the applications. I heard they do that.
But I FINALLY Got everything working late last night... at like 12:00. haha
When I was setting up the connection I put type as WAP.. when it should have been HTTP. (I think thats the other option, I dont have the phone infront of me) So it does work now.

Now all I need to do is figure out how to add widgets. Good thing there is a how to on that.
