My receiver call volume just went extremely low suddenly!

I made a call today, and when the other person picked up, the volume was normal for a second then went extremely low, and has been since. I have tried the other person calling me, but it was the same, my volume is at 7 max. I tried to restart the phone after taking out the battery and sim card, as well as reset the phone settings, but its still extremely low. My speakerphone and bluetooth call volume is still the same and normal. I also tried to increase the RCV-Codec Gain to 9, but its still really low. Yes I have tried putting the settings back to normal, but didn't work. Any Help?
