Has anyone experienced problems with their phone freezing up?  I have had my phone for only a few weeks and love it but it freezes up on me all the time....what do I do to fix this?

Usually I am trying to send a text message and that's when it freezes up on me.

Complete phone freezing issues is not good. Are you multitasking at the time? Have you tried a master reset?

I just started having problems with the phone freezing. Started last night while listening to the music player. Song cut out like it does when I get a call or text but nobody was calling or texting, it went back to playing after a few seconds. Thought it might be a problem with the SD card but it starting happening to everything. Unlocking, texting, receiving texts, opening the menu, media net, just about everything. Deleted all my texts and turned the phone off for about 30 minutes. Didn't help. Recharge didn't help either. I rarely multitask on it. Looking into the master reset now.

If the master reset doesn't fix anything, and you are still under warranty, then just go to the AT&T store (or where ever you bought your phone...) and exchange it for a new one. Simple.
