can anyone explain why my phone went kookoo. i was poking around the admin menu. i think and am sure i didnt hit any thing more then the back button after scrolling around. thats when the kookoo parts start.
1. backing out of of the main admin menu locked up the phone to the point i had to take the batt out. ouch i know thats what i said.
2. replaced batt and booted phone back on. only to find that this busy signal kinda tone was going crazy. low beeping noise like i left the house phone off the hook.
3. turned phone off and rebooted. ok noise went away. sweet right? wrong event alarm starts going crazy.
4. event alarm is set to go off every hour of every day for the rest of the month. all available character slots are filled with 1's in the event name. what the !@#$ right.
5. turn off, turn on. blah blah and start erasing events. just as soon as i start to erase all those event entries. i get a text from a 11111111111 number.
6. open new text and find it blank. backed out to get back to all those event alarms that i had to erase. phone paused and i get another 88 new texts instantly. holy sheep sheit batman and look who its from 11111111111.
7. didnt open view new message. went to messaging to scroll through them all. didnt open a single one. erased some old love notes from the woman, i mean old texts lol made some more room. now just as soon as the delete screen faded. more texts. same number.
8. erased all those freeeeekin messages. wipe sweat from my enraged brow and resist the urge to frisbee the phone across the room. kookoo kookoo and more texts so many so that i had to erase all texts from my log 2 more times.
9. kept the first, somewhere in the middle, and the last text from 1111111111
10. scroll through the menus and the rest of the phone. ie pics, vids, sounds, settings and all that jazz. thats when i found it.........long dramatic pause.....................
11. all of my contact entries had been filled out. every character slot in the new contact is filled out.

12. havent responded to a single text. all alarms and new texts have stopped the beeping stoped the new contacts are gone and all is working. fingers crossed and i have yet to have another episode.
does any person know of who what or how i got this to happen? please tell me i didnt get a virus. if i did, how would i find it and burn that bug. if you know who made the bug i wanna thank them with a boot to the face. if i didnt have unlimited text im sure i could have went way over with how many i received. any ideas and finger pointing would be helpful. please just no laughing cuz its not really funny. ok it was kinda.
