Unlocked Impression for T-Mobile, but can NOT Send a pic...

I've unlocked my impression for T-mobile and entered the below info for MMS and WAP...

SamSung Impression MMS Settings and WAP Settings
From main menu:

Settings
Applications Settings
Messaging
Multimedia Message
MMS Profiles

At bottom of screen I hit Create -
Set name - T-mobile MMS
Access name - wap.voicestream.com
Auth Type - Normal
User ID - left blank
Password - left blank
Protocol - HTTP
Home URL - http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
Proxy address - 216.155.165.050:8080

Then tapped Save.

WAP Settings -

1. Setting > Connectivity > Network Profiles > Create
2. Set Name > T-Mobile
3. Access Name > epc.TMobile.com
4. Auth Type > None
5. Home URL. >http://wap.t-zones.com
6. Linger Time 300
7. Advanced Setttings > All boxes unchecked.
8. Saved Changes

I can browse the web, send and receive normal txts, send and receive phone calls, BUT, I can NOT Send a Pic out as a txt... I just get this error "Sending failed - Service unavailable". I have full bars btw... Do I have something wrong in my settings for WAP or MMS?

These are my settings I use for MMS. It works for sending Pictures but I have not confirmed with T-Mobile if it is my correct settings.

Set name - T-mobile MMS
Access name - epc.tmobile.com
Auth Type - Normal
User ID - left blank
Password - left blank
Protocol - HTTP
Home URL - http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
Proxy address - 216.155.165.50:8080
