They can deny if you didnt pay full price for the phone. If you didnt pay full price you would have to wait so many months before they will give it up.
yeah, unfortunately i didn't find the forums first and got stuck with that! It helped a little until the forums got popular and it finally (i think bing was the first search engine where I found it!) showed up under my searching and I finally became part of the community. not a big deal and i havent been able to get ahold of the guy to complain, so whatevers...
