Buyin off of craigslist sucks!!!!! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What u need to do is very simple...1st call ATT, tell the rep "i purchased this phone from a friend who wasnt satisfied with it" then tell the rep what problems u are having with the phone...they will have u tell them the imei number under the battery so they can update ur phone info (also ask them about warranty, because they usually give u warranty as well.)  So the rep will be able 2 unlock the phone, or in a worst case scenario they might send u a new phone...so good luck, this should work, because i have a friend that bought an eternity off ebay, and ATT gave him i believe 10 months warranty.
