Shocked  Well, according to at&t's website, the impression is not set up to access cellular video.  That's nice considering they have set up an icon that has shortcuts to videos of the day.  I just realized that the eternity can watch these videos.  I realized something was wrong when I kept attempting to access the videos and got a message that said that I needed to upgrade to an unlimited data plan (which I already have) before using this service.  Has anyone found a way to access the CV or am I just out of luck?  I thought the impression was supposed to be a step up from the eternity.  Thanks for your input!

I have an unlimited data plan, and watch CV all the time. No problems here. Called and asked them to make sure it was free w/ my phone and data plan early on, they said, "sure it is, unless you get the subscription services (HBO etc)".
You might want to call them again and sort things out.

Well, I just called them again to confirm and was directed to their website that doesn't have the impression listed as being supported.  I can't figure out if I am getting the run around or what is going on.

Thats odd. It should be on that list. Heres a link to the Impression page where it is listed as supporting CV:

I've never had a problem accessing it.

You are getting the run around. Call ATT back and tell the idiots to add it to the page. The Impression must still be new enough they didnt add it yet. It is supported and it does work. It is free except for like HBO. And you do need Unlimited Data.  I had the same issue and so did many others at first. I called them and they did something on thier end. It took them 2 days but they fixxed it. If the first operator gives you the run around ask to talk to someone else or hangup and call back. And then complain about the operator and maybe they will cut you a few $ off your bill.  Grin

What you need to do is call AT&T and have them remove your unlimited data plan, then add it back on again. For some unknown reason CV doesn't work for some people, but removing and then re-adding the data plan usually fixes it.

This is not specific to the Impression. I have seen this problem with other AT&T phones as well, even ones that ARE listed on that out-of-date support site. So give AT&T a call, or go into your local AT&T store and have them do that and then try CV again.

I work for ATT. CV is available on the Impression. It's practically available on every model now in stores. There's no reason for a store representative to be telling you that the impression isn't compatable with CV but the Eternity is. I live in a 2G (EDGE) area and it works just fine on my Impression.
