You Can't Touch My Awesomeness

hello impression owners, I just  figured this out this morning and I posted it on the eternity forum so I guess I will give it to you guys to. BTW I hope you can connect to TK

OMG I can;t believe it I actually Found it. I will tell you how I found out later right now I will give you the directions. BTW It's Semi Noob friendly no chance of brick!

Things You will need

-T.K file explorer

-Samsung Eternity

-USB cord

-A unsigned App

Procedure (lol Feel like I'm in bio class)

1.Open Up TK File explorer

2. In TK for to the directory of the unsigned app

3.delete the Settings.bin

4.replace the deleted settings.bin with the one attached below.

5. Disconnect From TK File explorer

6. Enjoy!

If your still reading, This is how I found out.

One member posted how to sign apps and enable allow, ask once, I didn't like that so I noticed he edited the file called settings.bin. So I kept thinking about that, So I wondered what would happen If I changed the setting.bin of one file to another. So  I downloaded Nimbuzz from apps beta and installed it from my phone. Then I extracted the settings .bin, So I got UCWEB6 which is not signed and replaced it with Numbuzz's Settings.bin.
Do I opened up UCweb6 and what do you know it gave me the option of allow and never ask/

So thats How I figured it out Enjoy!

-Americo 24 (here To Help and Serve)

btw this is originally mine, I did not steal this from any other forum! (originally from eternity forum)

Yes. Trust Americo it does work.  Only program of mine that it has not worked on is Amaze Gps.  Use it on any program where you have to keep allowing it to get on the internet.

Thanks, I see that many people are having problems having TK explorer connect to the phone.  I am no different.  Can't seem to get it connected, everytime it says communication link lost.  I will keep on tinkering with it but any ideas would be appreciated.

The best help i can give you is set your usb connectivity on "pc-studio" and not on "ask" I never could get mine to connect on the ask setting. But changing it to pc-studio it connects everytime.

What operating system are you running on your computer? Did you install the new PC studio program too? You have to.  Did you check in your control panel for other drivers from past phones? Will like likely say LG or verizon modem drivers. Do not delete your computers modem drivers. Can you connect your phone with pc-studio? If yes close it out and make sure the icon is not in the taskbar. Right click it and stop monitoring. Plug your phone in and run TKFileExplorer. Hit the settings tab and make sure there is a com## listed in the port if not click the drop down arrow and click on the first. If there are others you can try them if first doesnt work. Hit file and then connect or the icon for connecting. Should connect right away. If not reboot phone while it is still plugged in. Then try to connect again.

My belief with people not getting it to connect has to do with extra drivers in the control panel for other phones from the past. TKFileExplorer is probably not using the correct driver then. You must clean them out. And mine would only connect with usb connectivity set to pc-studio.
