No need to goatbreak when using this method. That would defeat the purpose of not having to keep using TKFE.

I thought this was kinda a cool little find. When  I was reading this post and read were you moved the files to from the memory card to the phone I realized that when you download files to your phone using bolt that is one of the folders you can download to. So I created a folder called blue ftp and downloaded the jar and jad to that folder did the master and internal codes and updated java db and the program was installed in my apps folder already goatbroken.

Update

Puts folder in Bolt/filesystem folder but after changing name moves it to app folder.
Also I actually have a solstice So not sure if this works on impression.

goat when you click save in bolt there are a couple of folders they all look like 'MyPrivateM PhotoMy Video....' but the first one when you open it says file system the last one is actually the memory card. I also have bolt in my apps folder so  I think thats why it installed  to apps.

No I havent. But it seems very similiar to blueftp. Well in that way it is. As long as you can get the jad and jar in a /filesystem folder you can use the master key to update the database. Then just rename and it pulls it to a folder of its own. I will be checking it out today.

But will it be helpful or not? If you have a data plan you can always use rumkin or imserba for installs. However it does keep you from using TKFE to goatbreak the apps then.

Then I would have to include the jad with everything (games). Most apps have a jad though. I could post jads and include the jar url (location of the jar download) in it and then you could download the jad with medianet and it would install the jar.

This is simply Awesome.

I haven't played with phone settings/apps in awhile after switching to a macbook.  I fired up my nearly fried HP laptop for long enough to get this on successfully.  Now I can bluetooth programs to the memory card and blueFTP load them from there.

Thanks again to you geniuses who figure all this out!

You are the BOMB dude I have a whole mess games for this phone and the TK File explorer was a pain in the A**.

Uploads removed.  Why repost games already listed on this forum? This is not the proper section anyways.  Goat

I thought it was complicated as well when I first started reading through this forum, however when I started doing it I saw how easy it actually is.  As for bricking it- I was afraid of that until it happened to me, and I had to flash it.  Now I am not concerned if it happens again becasue I am ready for it and know it is not then end fo the world- plus it would give me a reason to get the Captivate!!!
