You seem to be asking lots of questions.  Roll Eyes All these questions you have asked has been answered before. Please take the time to search from the main menu to find your answers. Asking the same questions over and over just makes it harder for the next person who tries to search for info.

They cant be removed and they take up very little memory.

Sorry AT&T and Samsung have decided to keep their phones that way. That way if you don't have any wallpapers or ringtones, you already have some built in. If you get used to it, it's not that bad. Btw, there is no known way to delete those. As they are in the firmware, it is very complicated to find and update your firmware.

It is possible to delete the locked applications. You must first use TKFE to delete the folder of the certain locked application. Then you must delete the phones database file to get it out of the menu. And we know how dangerous it can be deleting that file. Or after using TK to delete the folder you can do a master reset which will erase everything saved on your phone back to the day you first used it from the factory. And the locked application will be gone when your phone boots up but so will everything you have ever done to it..
