I think I bricked my phone when I turn it on it says DAMSBL BOOT loader. I sdont have warranty for it cuz I got off ebay. What should I do?!

It sounds like you bricked it. What did you do prior to the bootloader screen? Turn phone on and pull the battery sim and sd card out let it set for a couple of minutes then put the battery back in leave the sim and sd out if it still goes back to the  bootloader screen then it is bricked. You will need to flash the phone. Look in the how to section How to flash the samsung impression.

The question would be how did you brick it? Playing with the internal settings or did you get it wet?  If you got it wet then flashing will not help you.
