I am having an issue with TkFE. I installed PC Studio IC8 and my phone works with PC Studio, I can view pictures, videos, etc and transfer pictures, videos etc. So I know the computer recognizes it and communicates with the phone, but when I close out of PC Studio and the monitoring one as well and reconnect my phone, it does not show up in TK. I have it on always use PC studio and have rebooted my computer and phone with it still connected. I am using this on vista, so it shouldn't be an operating system problem.

What do you mean it does not show up in TKFE? Are you talking about the com port? Did you select the drop down arrow in settings to see if it gives you a com port?

If not you can find it in your device manager under samsung mobile modem in the general tab.  Make sure you enter it in TK with the COM

WONDERFUL! so glad i found this! finally got it working...this should be like the official directions cuz all that other stuff is confusing as HELLLL!!!! lol

I can connect and download files from my phone to my pc, but it won't let me upload anything to or remove anything from the phone.  Any ideas?
