Is it possible to do a full backup of the phone?  I have applied a lot of hacks and downloaded many apps. and widgets.  I do not want to loose them all, along with all my settings, if my phone is lost, stolen, or broken.  If not, I think it would be a good idea for people to start working on that, because I believe many people would like this, and feel it is important.  THANKS!

Best you can do is back your files up before you install. Have a folder on your pc for apps and one for widgets and for whatever else. The impression cant be backed up as say in one easy step. Everything will have to be reinstalled on new phone.
