Ok I was in here a few days ago and discovered some stuff so I was playing around with my phone and I umm accidently pressed a wrong button so now all of a sudden I'm textin or goin online and I get a black screen sayin stuff about rebooting. 

I dont know what to do when it does that because it dont shut off, so i just take out the battery to start all over again.

Can someone pretty please help me out here. Ive barely had it for 2mo and its gettin messed up.

I guess you don't need the "I told you to be careful".  Roll Eyes

If you can back up your contacts to your sim card and music and pics to your sd card or computer we can try a master reset. Phone will go back to the day you got it. Everything will be erased. Type this in then like you were making a call.   *2767*3855#


That is your only option unless you undo those buttons that you did do.  Grin  Try taking out your memory card and see if it affects the phone also. If these ideas don't work then you are going to have to get your phone exchanged.
