none of the buttons work.. the touchscreen works fine.... is there a way to test or resest the buttons....like could i go through the internals somewhere...i took it to bestbuy and att  but they couldnt do anything.....took it to a repair shop and they said its software...so i tried to factory restore, i tried reflashing it....... what can i do to make the keys work....ps its not just the keyboard but ALL the keys!

If you tried a master reset and you tried reflashing it and that didn't work then it's not a software issue.
