How do you get the Tkfile explorer to work. I can't see anything from my phone.

Is your phone set to Connect to PC Studio under USB connection settings?

I also had to try several USB ports on my computer until I found the one that would connect.

yeah, tkfe was hard for me to figure out, too, but with research of this site and others, I finally did it.

may I suggest some previous posts? :

I have ran into the same problem as some of you.  I have installed the drives and PC Studio.  I am able to use PC Studio and interact with the phone ie download phonebook and all that.  When i fully close PC Studio and run TK File Explorer i set the COM port with no problem. When i try to connect it with my phone it does not connect and returns an error message. I have tried restarting my computer, messing with the COM port settings, and changing USB Ports that i use.

try rebooting your phone their is a post about this on the fourm somewhere just did not have time to find it to link you to it
