Hi!! I'm new, was browsing for apps for Impression and came across this site, so I thought I'd join, sure why not? I just got an Impression last week, so far I love it. I just wish I could get the apps I've been Bluetoothing to it to work! I opted to not have internet, or pay per use, because I'm home, around a computer all day long. That may change soon, I may end up with the net on there by the end of the month, but for now, we'll just stick with what we got Wink

I absolutely love my phone!

Welcome to the forum kristi. You cant just put apps and games on your phone anymore and expect to run them.

The phone is a wap install method only for this phone. You have to download from a wap site (Getjar.com or ATT Media Mall) or use a wap uploader (Rumkin, Imserba, DavidPye) to install.

We have figured a way to use a usb cable but it goes into much detail and isnt the safest approach. It has to be done 100% correctly or you can easily damage your phone.

You will have to get familiar with TKFileExplorer. You can also borrow someone's sim card that has an unlimited data package to install apps/games.

Yea, I read that post, sounds like something I'd end up screwing up. Sadness, but brilliant idea on the whole borrow sim card thing. Why didn't I think of that?
