Just "Downgraded" from a smartphone

Hi everybody!

I just upgraded? from an HTC Tilt to the Impression.  My phone is like my right arm.  It goes EVERYWHERE with me.

While I am a noobee on this site...I am pretty good at hacking my phone.  What can I say?  I am a "Baby-Boomer/Techno-Geek"!

I loved being able to hack into my HTC phone, and remove all the bloatware.  I did some research, and found that the Impression is as close as I can get to what I had before.  I really do miss my Tilt.   :'(Windows Mobile is fantastic!  But the Impression has lots of redeeming qualities.  I really like the Brilliant screen...not to mention, this phone is not near as heavy as the tilt.

I got lucky in finding this forum.  Now if I can only find replacements for the programs that kept me with Windows Mobile.  I had Listpro.  Major list program.  I used it for everything.  It loads on your computer as well as your phone, so you can make the changes on a bigger screen.  Sadly, they don't make their program for regular phones.

I tried loading a "Shopping List" program, but was very disappointed.  I guess I have been spoiled.  Any help or suggestions will be cheerfully, and greatly appreciated.

The directions on using TKFE have been fantastic.  I got rid of all the "pay" programs & freed up a lot of space.  I am still checking on a couple of them to figure out if I have to pay to use them.

There a program called 'Notable' that has a listing function that may be useful. Hopefully,  it will be of use to you.

Thanks...from the info on this link, it sounds very much like the list program I had on WinMo.  I will try it today.
