And we can't  change the locked screen yet (if ever). If you want to mod/ hack your phone, try searching nv_default hacking. Luiejongen made a post about changing the colour scheme of the phone. You can only change the text on the start-up screen, and the locked screen cannot be changed. You can do what Orangiraff suggested though. But I believe you might be able to find the startup screen and change it if you looked hard enough. I think it might be a swf file.  Seems I have seen it somewhere before. No time to look now. I will try to find a way to change the start up screen, and maybe create a "T-Mobile" startup screen as proof of concept. Also for those using their phone on T-Mobile.
