 I just upgraded my LG Vu to the Samsung Impression.

So far from just a bit of searching I can already tell that the amount of modifications I can do to THIS phone is significantly less than the amount I could do to the Vu.

But all good things come in time, no?

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!

Welcome to the forums Dazzles.  I'm not really sure what you mean by "modifications," when comparing the Vu and the Impression.  There are lots of tweaks that we can do with the Impression that users and modders have figured out over the past year that really do personalize it for you.  But there are still issues and shortcomings as there are with any phone.

I would suggest you spend some time reading the sticky posts and seeing if the Impression is going to work for you; otherwise you might just want to downgrade back to the Vu if it's not enough...

Yes the impression can't customize and install themes like the vu. But it can do alot more than that.

I like the phone. Whereas I didn't like the original version of the Vu.

The impression is a machine I am happy with sans modifications.

I won't be downgrading back to anything, but thanks for the advice Smiley
