Here's one I got from a friend that has a cooking blog..
http://www.Southernplate.com9x13 pan
1 Devils Food cake mix
1 bottle Caramel Ice Cream topping (Get the one in the short glass bottle like Smuckers, NOT the one Hershey's has in the plastic squirt bottle, it's too thin)
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Large Butterfinger Candy Bars or 4 regular sized. (or buy a whole bag of the mini bars and have some leftover)
1 Large tub of Cool Whip or 2 of the regular size
Make the cake mix as per the instructions on the box.
When it is done and still hot, poke holes all over it with a fork. I make pencil sized holes so it will have somewhere to go, otherwise it all runs to the edges with none in the middle.
Mix the Caramel topping and Sweetened Condensed Milk together and pour it SLOWLY all over the top.. you want it to go in those holes.
Crush 1 of the butterfingers over the top of the cake. You can put them in a plastic storage bag with a zip top to crush them.
Now the hard part.. Cool the cake completely in the fridge for several hours, preferably, overnight. It needs to be cold or else the cool whip will melt. The longer it sits in the fridge, the better it tasteWhen cold, spread the Cool Whip over the top and crush the other Butterfinger on top.
Enjoy and then go for a diabetes test asap.
Dig in and don't go near the scales for a week.
