Hey..

I have a Family plan with 3 lines on my account. Recently I added a 4th line and noticed that my rollover minutes where reset back to 0.. Is this right? or should I call CS?

I can understand the new line not being able to use the collected rollover minutes, but not the older 3 lines.

I did read on AT&T's web sight that you do lose the Rollover Min's if you add a new line to your account... Sucks, but thats the way it is... I may still call a and raise heck, maybe I'll get lucky and get a few back...

Rollover minutes have always had an expiration date.  It's 12 months from the time you accrue them i.e. 12 pay cycles and the oldest set of minutes are removed from your stock.

yep, and as of this month all of mine are gone. had to call them to change my plan. wife and i had started out when we got a family plan with like 1400 plan and we were getting tons of rollovers but paying way too much. backed off to 550 plan and went over a year til all rollover was gone or expired. added early nights and weekends which should fix the problem with going over.

Just got off the phone with AT&T's CS. Thy gave be back my 2654 rollover min's and apologized for any inconvenience.

I would like to Thank Floyd, (the CS REP who I talked to). He was very polite and courteous to my needs and made sure I was satisfied before the call was ended.

Thank you AT&T.  Mistakes happen in this world, and it's nice to see someone who will correct there mistakes instead of blaming other's.

Thanks to all who reply-ed.

Glad to hear it worked out.

It's nice to hear when something actually works out in favor of the consumer and not the gigantic corporation...
